Mr. Nelson Boateng
Founder & CEO

Nelson is a self-motivated and results driven individual. A good communicator with ability to influence and drive continuous change in work output through team working. A quick learner with skills at working with people, analyzing figures, problems solving and initiating appropriate actions. Strong aptitude for innovation with willingness to take up new challenges. He has a Diploma in Network Engineering and other certificates from professional courses with recognized institutions. Nelson has attended several seminars and fora on plastic recycling and manufacturing both in Ghana and abroad.

He is a ‘way-maker’ professional in his area of business with over twenty years of experience in the recycling industry having worked in two Recycling Companies from the post of Senior Supervisor to the Managerial level. Thus, he is well trained in his area of business.

Paul Boadu Asamoah

Paul Boadu Asamoah is a Chartered Accountant with several years’ work experience in all aspect of accounting, tax and financial reviews. He has developed a solid background in tax and accounting through working with one of the Big Four Accounting Firms in Ghana and also with a leading multinational in the brewery industry. He currently serves as the Regional Tax Manager-West Africa for a leading MNE.

Paul has several years’ experience in delivering professional services having worked with one of the Big 4 firms as an assistant manager in the tax services line of service. He has also managed a number of high-profile and complex tax compliance and tax advisory engagements on direct and indirect taxes in relation to specific client transactions, including corporate and personal income tax planning. He has led teams to provide tax due diligence and tax health check services to multinational clients across various industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the GIMPA Law School in Ghana and a BSc (Admin) degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School. Paul is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.

Kenneth Owusu Asante Amponsah

Kenneth is an experienced, result-oriented professional who has built an extensive knowledge in Risk Management and Management Information Systems (MIS). He has over 10 years banking experience with specialization in Credit and Market Risk Management. He has consulted for some leading commercial banks in Ghana in areas of Financial Analysis, IFRS9 implementation as well as Basel II capital requirement.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cape Coast University and a MSc. in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Coventry University, UK. Kenneth also holds an International Certificate in Banking Risk and Regulations awarded by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

Biggles Joseph Amponsah

Joseph started his professional career with the Audit and Assurance department of Deloitte, in Accra where he audited clients in diverse industries in the country. He moved on to the banking industry where he worked as a fixed income and forex trader, in the investment banking division. He was also involved in asset and liability management, liquidity management and risk management at the bank. He rose to head the trading desk and executed over US$2 billion foreign exchange transactions. He also proposed and implemented a number of risk management practices and policies at the bank and was involved in the structuring and execution of over $200m local and foreign trade transactions. He has advised business across various industries: financial services, education, manufacturing, oil storage and marketing, agriculture, technology, among others.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a certified Financial Market Dealer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School, and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the same university.

Philip Owusu Gyamfi

Philip is a proven and astute International Business, New Product, Communication and Marketing development professional who has worked in 8 countries with reputable multinational companies like American Towers Corporation (ATC) and IHS Africa Nigeria Ltd leading diverse teams to deliver on key commercial multi-million dollar projects from concept to Revenue assurance primarily in the Telecommunications Infrastructure, Real Estate & Investment Banking eco-system.

He holds qualifications in Marketing, Computer science and Management degrees as well as a MSc. in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Coventry University, UK.

Kwaku Tawiah Amoah
Head, Finance 

Kwaku is a chartered accountant with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations (Accounting) from the University of Ghana Business School. He also holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Ghana.

He has eight years’ experience in the banking industry primarily with Access Bank Ghana. He worked in the Financial Control department with oversight responsibility on financial and regulatory reporting, cost & tax management and performance management. Kwaku also worked in the audit and assurance department of Deloitte where he audited financial statements and reviewed internal control procedures of some corporate institutions.


Heather Troutman
Independent Consultant 

Heather Troutman is an Urban Planner for Sustainable Development and an Environmental Scientist. She has eight years of experience on four continents in academic and research institutions, the public sector, the private sector, multi-lateral institutions, NGOs and CSOs.

Her work focuses on dynamic, systems-level changes, which she achieves by synergizing limited resources amongst diverse stakeholders.. A key theme of her work is improving environmental sanitation through resource recovery made possible with market-based, economic incentives achieved through innovation and technology.

Ms. Troutman is always interested to support an organization or project to conduct research and situational analysis to understand root causes to problems, design holistic and strategic solutions packages, and manage projects from inception to completion.
