Carl is a management consultant and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries and geographies. He started his career in international shipping and logistics in the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group where he worked for 6 years in Ghana, Europe and the United States. He earned his MBA in Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and has since founded several businesses and managed a multi-million-dollar project within the Ghanaian energy sector. He was a board member of the Ghana Netherlands Business and Culture Council from 2014 to 2018, where he helped to facilitate trade and business exchanges between Ghana and the Netherlands. He is a PMI certified project management professional, and a renewable energy and environment consultant. In 2018, Carl was selected as an Eisenhower Global Innovation Fellow in recognition of his work.
